I had the pleasure of presenting a keynote address in Lethbridge Alberta – which is the site of the Lost Soul 100 km Race I intend on participating in next year. This was a great opportunity to see what the “toughest course on the prairies” looks like!

Treherne Marathon Result

Take that Treherne Marathon! I beat my June MB Marathon time by 32 minutes! It was a tough course (hills – yikes!) and a hot day – which made the “victory” all that more sweeter. I worked really hard today.

I can’t believe that my marathon tomorrow will be a hot 28 degrees (C) yet the rest of the week will have perfect (perfect for running) highs of 15 to 22. I guess I should enjoy it as the next race I’ll be luckily if it’s above freezing
